“Offstreet, parking and easy drive to Central business District. Apartment was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities he would need. Shower pressure was awesome.”

“Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). “Would be great to have a kitchenette in the unit. Wattle Downs great spot between Papakura, Manurewa & Manukau. Short distance from drive from these suburbs. Very convenient. Laundry would be a bonus especially to longer stays. 5+ days. Clean & Tidy. Parking next to the main house was a tight squeeze but it worked.”

“Perfect, quiet , Would recommend some side tables in lounge and bedrooms,oh and a pair of scissors.very clean .no contact with owner wasnt necessary, very secure property . Oh MILK in fridge would be great. Would definitely return.”

“Comfortable, well cleaned. Eating utensil like can opener unworkable. Had trouble operating television. Only one remote provider where two was reqiuired. Had to fiddle with set to get it to work ”
