"My family and I loved staying at Casa Arenales. The host gave clear instructions on how to get to the property since it was a little tricky finding it if you arent from the area but with the specific instructions we were able to find it with ease. House was clean and the ac’s worked wonderful. The area was very quiet and the house was well kept. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Unit is in a safe area, right off the beach. Photos helped provide a smooth check-in, from finding the correct building to signing onto the WiFi. Unit was clean and smelled very nice. We made good use of the washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. We totally appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and coffee! Beach items were also available. Unit is located near several great restaurants, including Ola Lola's Tiki Bar, which has an amazing peanut butter burger. We would definitely stay in this...

" The property is located in a very good location, but it had so many cockroaches that we couldn't sleep or use the kitchen because the cockroaches were everywhere. I told the contact person and he didn't care at all. My daughters did not arrive when they found out about the plague that was in the apartment. "Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

The house had everything we needed and then some! Communication was always very easy and any questions or concerns were always answered promptly.
