“The house was beautifully decorated, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and perfectly located close to Wrigley Field and the local establishments. If available, I highly recommend upgrading to the garage option for parking, especially during Cubs home games. This worked out perfectly for us. Justin was very helpful and responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Completely remodeled, clean and well stocked unit. Owner supplied ample amounts of toilet paper, tissues, towels, washcloths and linens. Dinnerware, utensils and glasses were sufficient. Location was excellent with walking distance to restaurants and markets. Host responded quickly to any questions.”

“We took a trip to Chicago to take in a three game series between our beloved Padres and Cubs at one of baseball's cathedrals. We couldn't have been happier with our stay in this home as it was a stone's throw away from Wrigley Field and walking distance to bars and restaurants. “Very clean, lots of welcoming touches. We liked the neighborhood and it was perfect for our needs. We used the extremely close public transportation for all our tourism and there were food shops as well as small restaurants very nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of supplies such as paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, etc. I really had the idea that someone was trying to anticipate our needs. We knew that noise from the El might be an issue for us, and……

“Two adults in town for a short 2-night stay here (Sun-Tues) and it was clean & in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Nearly everything we needed was within a 10-15 minute walk and lots of options for food, bars & shopping. Jeselle was very accommodating and made sure we had all of the details we needed to ensure a smooth check-in.”

“The apartment was well-appointed, nicely decorated, bright, and clean, and the pictures did not disappoint. The check-in process involved a lock box that did not easily open and a key that we had constant trouble in opening the front door. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to coffee and restaurants (Little Italy). The apartment is situated between one above and one below and we good easily hear the tenants walk, talk and move about which became a bit of nuisance every……

“I'm going to start off with some highlights. I really liked the location. You couldn't walk two blocks without finding a cute shop or some great food. The neighborhood felt very friendly. The unit was pretty small but used the space very well. Now for a couple negative details. The unit is within 20' of the train so there are trains passing every few minutes. They are pretty loud but i personally didn't mind it much. The main frustration was the radiator in the living space. It made a sound like……

“Check in had a slight snafu with them giving us the wrong door code but it was sorted pretty quickly. The apartment does the job. The beds aren't the most comfortable and the apartment definitely has poorly maintained college house vibes, but the neighborhood is extremely convenient and very walkable.”

“This is an awesome place to stay for a Cubs game! Great atmoshpere! The place was comfortabel and clean. You are about 100 feet from where the players park and walk in. You can get pictures and autographs. I can't wait to go back!”

“I'm a seminary student, and I came into town for an intensive class. So, I was really only in the space in the evenings, but it was comfy. The location is amazing!!! The studio apartment was decently clean. The projector is VERY cool. There were a few details I could not find instructions for, like where to take the garbage out when I was on my way out. But I left a message for the owner and they were good about it. I would stay again. Recommend.”

“An easy walk to Boys Town, the lake, and Wrigley Field. Safe neighborhood, very quiet.”

“It was perfect for my needs for the week! Great area, right across the street from a park! Within walking distance/delivery distance to several dining options! Walking distance to Rush (about 20 minutes) & had 2 bike stations within a 10 minute walk in 2 different directions! Downside was it was near a train station so it was loud when you were outside but I could barely hear it when in the apartment. Plus there was construction going on so that added to the noise. Everything in the apartment……
