“Very beautiful and quiet place BUT the address on the hotels.com app is completely wrong!!!! If you are seeking a relaxing place in the middle of the mountains, this is a good place. However it is very difficult to reach. Search for "Ristorante Val Colla B&B" and you will find the correct location. It is in Bogno, not Gandria. ”

“La suite 1 del San Carlo Suite es muy linda, cómoda, sin ruidos, tamaño ideal para dos personas aunque éramos tres y también estuvo bien! Muy bien ubicado, a metros del Lago Lugano y de la zona de compras. Todo un 10. La recomiendo.”

“Obwohl wir am Vortag von Ebookers die Bestätigung fürs Zimmer erhalten haben, war kein Zimmer mehr frei. Der Besitzer hat uns vor Monaten telefoniert und wollte, dass wir direkt bei ihm buchen. Er werde Ebookers stornieren. Per Mail hat er uns bestätigt, dass er auch ohne Ebookers für uns ein Zimmer hätte. Dem war dann leider nicht so. In ganz Cannero gab es kein anderes freies Zimmer mehr und wir mussten in die Schweiz zum Übernachten!”

“The owner is very warm and considerate. We arrived later than the time we told her and she called us to check was everything ok. She also gave us an ipad with a lot of site visit suggestions and great restaurants recommendations which are really helpful. Her mother is also very nice and welcomed us with a coffee from their fancy app and superb machine. Rooms are clean and uniquely designed, while hotel is just 5 minutes walk away from centre.”

“Très bonne situation pour visiter les lacs,malheureusement nous avons du partir un jour plus tôt suite au décès de la mère de mon épouse, l' hôtel nous a fait payer la nuit réservée, la 4eme sur 3, un peu déçus de cette façon de faire, personne à l'accueil avant 10h30, nous avons du attendre pour revenir en France dans cette situation d'urgence”

“Il proprietario si è dimostrato una persona squisita, pronta ad aiutare e ad accogliere ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Unico appunto sulla struttura: due camere hanno doccia (non bagno) in comune, ma nel complesso ottimo posto tranquillo e isolato nel verde.”

“Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue pour notre voyage de noces à minuit. On a sonné, la personne nous répondait à travers la fenêtre (on ne sait pas à qui on parlait) elle nous disait que la maison était pleine et que l'on devait partir. On a demandé s'il y avait un hébergement à proximité, elle a arrêté de nous répondre. C'est un manque de respect incroyable, fuyez cet endroit loin”

“Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes……
