“We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities because we kept busy with graduation activities on campus, but the inside definitely met our needs. Mark and Regina have taken care to think of everything you might need on your stay away from home. They are friendly hosts who are responsive thru the entire process. It was an easy drive on to campus and downtown. Highly recommend for your family's place to stay in Athens!”

“Very nice property in Athens. Stayed here for a guys Masters trip and was great for all 4 of us to have our own bedroom. House was clean and had plenty of room to relax. Location is close to downtown Athens. Great communication from/with the host. Thanks for having us! Would stay again….just need to win that Masters lottery again. :)”

“My husband and I stayed for a weekend visiting Athens. The apartment was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable, the shower pressure was strong and hot, and the towels are nicer than the ones I have at home! Upon arrival, I noticed one of the light bulbs had burned out and texted Brian asking if there were any extra bulbs in the apartment. He said there were not, but he could run one by that night. I told him we were fine and not to worry about it. While we were at dinner, he text me a picture……
