服务差劲

酒店位置距离周围景点挺近,步行到可口可乐世界10分钟。 其实酒店还是不错,但是这次前台接待很差劲。首先,接待的人员正好快下班(后来发现),让我一直等,直到接班人员处理。其次,酒店明明客人不多,却把我们安排在临街底层最偏一间,没有电梯,行李搬上搬下,不方便,又嘈闹。

My stay was good but I asked for a room on the 1st floor and was told they had no rooms but was told that I could request online but I still might not get it. Wow!!!!

The location of my room was awful with the window providing natural light positioned at the end of the walkway for everyone to look into. Making it worse, housekeeping parked their cart outside my window most of the day, every day, holding conversations right there even if they could see I was inside. I had to keep the curtains closed almost all the time. The front desk was nonplussed about the situation or moving me, if not that night, then the next when the hotel was less full. The only upside to the hotel was the breakfast.
