No room service for 3day! And after take the shower the floor always be come wet so not so happy with that

Overpriced per the area but nothing stood out positive other than the space and convenience of the area.

A couple of things I noticed were missing too late Microwave Mini fridge Bar. Thing I didn’t like: a visitor being able to just give ballet a room number and you are stuck pay $50 without consent Staff walked in without knocking because the weren’t aware of my checkout date $50 deposit PER NIGHT! I do like the cleanliness of the rooom and historic style. Comfort of bed.

The young lady that was working with me name to Tatyana was amazing but the hotel wasn’t what I expected. TV’s did work in the bedrooms but someone fixed it the next morning. The toilet wouldn’t work off and on. Other than those issues everything else was okay.

I thought the hotel was tired inside the room-king bed requested but wasnt available when i got there but they hadnt read that in booking either. House keeping does not happen unless you ask, when you ask they write it in a book, then it still didnt happen until i went to front desk again to request room to be cleaned. Coffee maker broken. No Mini bar-wooden floor boards were popping up in places, furniture worn on desks and side tables. Bed matteress doesnt cover base and parts of base stick out so we were both hitting our feet. Soap dispensers were empty and had to request to get soap put it. No lightbulbs in lots of places only lamps, but even some of them didnt work , so dim in places. Room when you entered had a funky smell of some sort. This hotel i expected a bit more from since it was one recomended for a conference we attended. Lots of taxes added onto room rate.
