The hotel doesn’t mention the room I booked has a view of a concrete roof. When I asked about a possible room exchange I was told all rooms have same view. Hard to believe.

No amenities in the room except soap and tiny body lotion. No evening room turn down.area rug in room was stained. Should be removed! Self park garage was $17 and the room key scanner at the parking deck was broken for entering and exiting so you had to call the front desk every time to open the gates. Frustrating and inconvenient. Rooms are noisy with very thin walls.
