“The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and had a functional kitchen. It was actually more spacious than what it appeared in the photos. I like the speaker so much. It could be easily connected by bluetooth. Although I didn't know if it would be too loud to disturb others in the other room, I stayed low but still enjoyed the music. The hotel was just few minutes walk to the supermarket and 10-20 min walk to the CBD and the University of Auckland. I found this……

“We liked our stay, communication was amazing from the confirmation phone call to checking in and out, very prompt and hassle free. Not for people who want a quiet location to stay in, as it is apartments where people live and are just living their lives, which we didn't mind at all, we loved seeing all the city hustle and bustle and enjoyed watching all the people getting around the city/area. The room was good for a 1 night stay. The only downside was, walking into the room and it smelt like……

“some cons are a fake venting fan in the bathroom and no window(if you want to cook, the air in the room will be toxic), and the leg of 2 dining chairs was broken, however the hotel changed for us. Compared to other same level (price), the quest is lower than average, just with a good location”
