The Neighborhood:
Of course, the street name, Eisenhower, is recognizable to everyone.  But why is this side street named for the man who was Commander of the Allied Forces in World War Two and the President of the United State from 1953 to 1961?
The answer is but a few blocks away, Augusta National Golf Club.
Dwight Eisenhower came to Augusta in 1948 for the first time for an extended vacation and to recover his health. He claimed it was the best vacation that he had ever had and shortly after he left, he was offered membership in the private club. And so began a love affair. Augusta National became his retreat. The famous Eisenhower Cabin was built in 1953 and was used frequently during and after his Presidency. Ike came to Augusta over forty times in his life and played almost 200 rounds of golf at The National. He developed very close friendships with some of the members who served him as advisors, golf partners and evening bridge players.
When in Augusta, Ike and his wife Mamie rarely left the confines of The National. The exception was to attend services at Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church on nearby Walton Way.
President Eisenhower died in 1969. But his legacy in Augusta continues.
Benebu, your host, has recently renovated this house just a short drive from the historic course known and revered by golfers around the world. We can`t get you a membership or even a round of golf at Augusta National, but we will certainly do everything possible to make certain that your stay on Eisenhower Drive is memorable and pleasant.

Great location but owners lack In communication and cleanliness
Great location. Hall bath tub had not been cleaned. Hair all over tub and scum line in bath tub. Living room did not have chairs only a couch. We reached out to owners via IM, cell and text with no response for two days.

GREAT Masters Location - But That’s It
I will start with the GOOD: - Location is very convenient to Augusta National within walking distance - nothing else The next group of items are items that affect security, health, cleanliness, and missing household basics. No thought has gone into anything to do with the customer experience. Here are the BAD: - Two of the 3 exterior doors were unlocked upon arrival - Five different windows (all ground floor) were unlocked upon arrival - Crumbs on the kitchen counter and trash in the bathroom trash can. Was there a even cleaning before we got there? - one bath towel and wash cloth in each of the three bedrooms - In both bathrooms there was 1/5 of TP left on each roll, with no replacements in the house - Less furniture than in the online listing. Hall closet filled with broken furniture. - Most of the remaining table chairs are unsteady, and nearly broken. Overall, the four of us had a very poor experience. The basic items are not even covered at this property. I did not feel safe in this house. Communication and check-in were 5-Stars, but there needs to be more than that in a rental property. I would NOT recommmend this property to rent.

Not up to VRBO STANDARD
I made the reservation, but my cousin got there first. I usually like to be the first there so that I can assess the unit. I always felt proud of my choices in stay places. This place, was a disappointment. It's a great house, however, the caretakers are not cleaning the house. I believe that the house had not been cleaned at all. There were chips in one of the chairs in the kitchen. 1/2 drank bottle in cabinet. The floors were filthy. The beds looks like they had already been slept in and just pulled up. There was makeup still on the pillow cases on my bed. It looked like they just pulled the sheets up. I was disappointed, and embarrassed. There were not enough towels for the number of people that we reserved for. Fortunately some people brought their own towels. So we were able to make it through. There were dishes still in the dishwasher the cabinets were not wiped down. One of my cousins is a housekeeper by trade she had to go in and completely clean the bathrooms the kitchen and make the beds. This was a very embarrassing moment for me when I arrived. I always brag on VRBO, but this property was subpar. Also, the combination on the door did not work fortunately there was a box on the side with a key and that allowed us to be able to get in. But then, we had to hold on to a key for the entire time which made it difficult for us to split up. Two of the large chairs that are shown in the advertisement were missing. House not comfortable for relaxing.
