“My friend and I loved this stay. The location was ideal. The neighborhood was full of great places to eat and shop. We walked around and ate at a great food truck spot and rode the bicycle taxi around. The room was clean and i loved the fact that there was a concierge there to help when we arrived. ”

“Property was nice and instructions for access were clear but: - they didn't clear under the bed and it was full of dust - although there was a coffee machine and grounds, there were no filters in the apartment - the air conditioning was too strong and although I messaged the number they shared no one responded for the full week I stayed.”

“I was amazed at how easy it was to check in virtually. The staff communicated with me via text the entire stay. I had two guests for four hours and got charged $35 each for parking, which I thought was a little unfair. If they had spent the night, I would have gotten it. ”

“I had 3 friends stay with me at this wonderful presidential suite ! We each had our own area / two bathrooms was amazing and the balcony with Austin views was to die for. The only thing we didn't like was being bombarded by time share people upon checking in. Other than that it was certainly worth the money !”

“Parking fee was not properly disclosed. They make it seem it part of it and did not provide a parking pass. Had to call in to have them open gate. The building is under remodeling and are areas with construction residues on the walkways. ”
