The room needs a significant upgrade. There was a dirty canned alcoholic beverage in the refrigerator when we came in. We had issues with billing that is different from Expedia's where I made the reservation. Room should be cleaned and towels should be replenished every day.

Dear Legaspi,We are sorry that you had this experience with us. I will personally check which one of our housekeepers was in charge of cleaning your room and remind them of their duties. We do stayover service when guest stay with us for 3 nights or more, some guests don't like people going into their rooms, but you can always request this when checking in and we'd gladly do so.

Nice old hotel. Stairs to upper levels. Rooms are small. Could use some upgrades. It was available when almost nothing else was on a busy weekend.

Loved the cottage and the atmosphere! The only thing keeping from 5 stars was the bed. It was creaky and old. Was not very comfortable but overall very nice stay

When in need of a replacement key for a unit, you can contact an after hours number, the staff came very quick to assist us.
