“The house was simply fantastic! It comfortably accommodated our group of 12 with no issues. The kitchen was generously stocked, and the cleanliness of the place was commendable. Its central location allowed for easy access to everything. The house rules were a bit extensive but understandable given the standard of the property. Overall, we loved staying here and would surely return.”

“We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as listed. Stayed with 19 people family and friends. Plenty of space to socialize and enjoy alone time as needed. Kids loved the bunk bed rooms and pool.”

“Really good place for a group — the dining room and living room area is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Proximity to the Colleges, especially Pomona south campus, can’t be beat!”

“Stayed here for 5 nights during a conference. Very walkable area. Safe, clean, beautiful city! Didn't rent a car, but with Lyft and the train/bus, was able to get around just fine. Condo was clean with spacious rooms. Perfect weather/climate in early March. Really enjoyed it!”

“I really wanted to like this property but have several reasons why I wasn't pleased with it overall. I don't believe I was given instructions on how to access the property until I reached out, which took several attempts. The property description does not say that the back of the property has permanent tenants. The description also notes the free parking as a perk in the area but the permanent tenants make that impossible as they park at the bottom of the driveway and make it impossible to park……

“We have been a lots of places and a lots of rentals but the experience we had at the property was nothing compares with other ones. The property owner Sam was the one of the best people l ever meet very friendly polite and kind I’m looking forward to go back because to many things we could do because of the rain. “great location. Quiet yet walking distance to several shops, restaurants and businesses. Kitchen is a bit sparse but functional. Fenced in patio is great.”

“Cute place. Beds were comfortable and kitchen fit family good. The two living rooms were nice. House only has 1 tv in the back family room. Bring an iPad if you like to watch tv at bedtime. Could use a new comfy couch in the family room (tv room). Backyard was pretty and could use a little more seating but we enjoyed the flowers and birds. Plenty of fridge space. Maybe some new frying pans as I won’t cook on Teflon, so we only had snacks or takeout at the house. But overall it was a nice little……

“The House was absolutely wonderful for a large group. The beds were comfortable and we were greatful for the additional comforters supplied. There were plenty of large pots and pans for cooking for a larger group. Our only problem was with check in as we didn’t receive the information ahead of time and there was some confusion re: cost for additional people that the owner rectified ultimately following a conversation h kk (thank you.) r”

“Excellent instructions on how to find the place and get in. Decently located for Ubering to destinations. Walking distance to a Target, which was great for groceries. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Fast internet. One of the windows however couldn't be fully closed. Not a big deal because the AC unit was strong enough to keep out the heat.”
