“Excellent accommodations for what I needed on this trip. Convenient to everything needed to make my local travel easy.”

“Very responsive staff, and helped us to load luggage to our apartment. However no AC might be a minus point when weather is too too hot. However during our stay weather was warm but not too bad yet without AC. It’s quite close to HBF, where is about 10 mins walk. Very easy to go to anywhere u wanna go. During our stay, the cleaning staff left a rag in the balcony, also we found unwashed cups inside the dish washer. it’s not a big thing but could be improved later. As we had to check out……

“Bis auf das Kommunikationsproblem am Anfang bzgl. Einchecken (Fehlende E-Mail mit Zugangscode) war alles hervorragend. Ob das Problem bei Expedia lag, oder dem Betreiber kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Ich werde aber beim nächsten mal wieder diese Unterkunft nehmen. Alles wichtige ist fussläufig zu erreichen.”

“The apartment was great, with everything you need and within walking distance to the city center in a very nice and quiet area. We’ll definitely come back with our family if we ever come back to Heidelberg!”

“Excellent experience. The room is spacious and super clean. I like the little kitchen there so I could cook simple meals. Wifi worked well. The breakfast is great even though only cold food is served. Really enjoyed my stay there. Location also great.”

“我預定兩晚，我們當天晚上check in一個小時我們就搬出來立刻換別的飯店、房間沒冷氣，而且只有一次小小的電扇，再加上房間非常不通風，一分鐘都不想呆不下去，其實讓人吐血，電話聯絡問Wi-Fi密碼一問三不知，推薦各位絕對不要入住，這家有夠差的公寓酒店”

“離出站近，對面有超市，附近也有麵包店。 房間寬敞舒適，飯店室外付費停車場不遠，停車格相對大。飯店樓下的咖啡店，蛋糕好吃，一定要試試~”

“Die Unterkunft ist sauber, Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, ruhige lage , das einzige was uns gestört hat war die Dusche und das Badezimmer an sich , beim Duschen läuft das wasser leider nicht vollständig in den Abfluss sondern spritzt trotz duschvorhang darunter und bleibt auf dem boden , mann braucht entweder einen Abzieher oder viele Handtücher um das wasser abwischen zu können.”
