“Unique historic property that has been very sympathetically restored. Rooms are well appointed and reasonably sized. Staff are very helpful and the location is charming and walkable. Unfortunately, some of the furniture in the room is so outdated it’s hard to relax in the couch/chairs. While the first night was very peaceful, the second night we could hear kids screaming, jumping on furniture (maybe that’s why it’s uncomfortable), running and adults talking loudly well into the night. ”

“The toilet was short, a bit difficult for my 6’3” husband who has a problem with his knees. Shower was too small for him to use. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Staff very nice. Quiet and comfortable. We will stay there again.”

“The house is within walking distance to downtown shops and dining. The kitchen and living room are cute and well stocked for comfort. The beds however were not so comfortable and I'm not used to staying in a house with a basement.”

“My husband and I visited Baker City for a weekend get away to visit family. We stayed at the Palmer House Apt 2. Very clean and comfortable place! We enjoyed the wonderful coffee and fresh baked bread they had for us when we arrived. Prior to our arrival I had a question for our hosts and texted Blake who responded back right away, so communication was great as well. We also had our dog, Steve in tow and he had a great time too! We really enjoyed our stay at the Palmer House and look forward to……
