“I booked a room online, but when I arrived at the store, I was told that there was no room. It was already 11:30 in the evening! They have no apologies! Refunds are still troublesome!”

“房間很大，很乾淨，還有一個小吧枱。早餐菜色選擇雖然不多，但也是可以吃得很満足，有一台鬆餅機可以做鬆餅。飯店的招牌是Holiday Inn，跟App上顯示的飯店名稱不同，所以造成一點小小的困擾。”

“It's an upgrade compared to other hotels that we checked-in. Our room is just 20 feet from the pool's gate, which is really great. Water is not that cold. Bedroom is clean but no microwave. Pillows are too soft for me and compared to other hotels. ”
