A good stay. Would have liked mugs for tea/coffee and tea bags in room. Also 4 pillows instead of 3 😂

First time in Saratoga springs, it was a lovely town. The hotel was about a 10 minute drive from everything downtown so closely located. Check in was fast and easy. It was definitely an older building as it had some character to it and not very "modern" in its design but was still a nice place to stay

Do not take showers here. The water comes out brown! I told staff they pretended to not know what i was talking about, but when I told them i have pictures they were aware of the problem and would not offer any type of reimbursement, STAY AWAY !!!

I am very disappointed in my stay. We were there for two nights. On the second night, the room next to us was belligerent and loud. They were obviously arguing, and alcohol was involved. I called the front desk to inform them, and I got a we will talk to them and hung up on. The noise stopped for 20 minutes and then started right back up. We got very little sleep. I contacted the hotel to tell them of my displeasure, and they never got back to me.
