Rob was great to answer questions and deal with both myself and my granddaughter.It was an ideal location for visiting the Hudson River Valley and along the coast to Newport. We flew into White Plains and it is just a 20 minute ride away. The apartment was clean and convenient. We only ate 3 meals in 5 days away from there. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. I liked the shower……

“We stayed at the New Dawn for a Memorial Service. The setting on the water was so peaceful and private, yet easy access for those of us traveling by public transportation from Manhattan and La Guardia airport. We had chairs lined up facing the water for a Celebration of Life Ceremony. The whole downstairs layout was just wonderful with indoor and outdoor areas for people to gather, sharing memories and grief. Food platters from Costco were easily arranged and the weather was perfect. It was so……

“If this option is available in the city you are traveling to, take it! You get a home-y, modern APARTMENT with space, rather than a tiny, old hotel room. I always search Global Luxury Suites before searching anything else.”

“Really comfortable bed, the bus stop to the city close by and 7-11, Dunkin’ right down the street. All walkable for a traveler, who has to get to NYC”

“Loved our stay here - perfect location close walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Very safe area convenient to NYC. Stayed with my mom for a long weekend visiting friends. So much better than the local hotels. Great communication with the owner. Clean, great WiFi and cute decorative touches. Highly recommend!”

“The property was perfect for what we needed. Only drawback was just one bath towel per person and no lamps in the bedrooms, so if you wanted to read before bed you have to use the overhead light. All in all it was very good.”

“Older manufactured home has been updated. We appreciated that each area had its own mini split unit for individual climate control. Area felt safe and quiet. Good hot water and water pressure. Kitchen was stocked for stovetop cooking but not much for baking, and no water glasses. (We just drank everything from the coffee cups.) Split bedroom layout was good for two couples. ”

“Came for a graduation at Met Life Stadium and a day trip to NYC. House was close to both locations. The house was very clean and exactly as described. Host reached out several times during stay to see how things were going and offered any assistance. Would highly recommend and would stay again if something brings me back to the area.”

“Amazing stay. I have no negative review or concern. Amazing staff and hotel. Wish more amenties in the room like coffee maker or a kettle or microwave rather than go downstairs but still was a beautiful stay. Good breakfast as well. I also had to cancel one night due to a family emergency and was refunded back. Parking is limited and safe at a gated environment at the back of the hotel. If i had to come back to the bronx, this will be my hotel. ”
