“Booked a last minute getaway to drive Three Twisted Sisters. The Springs was a perfect accommodation and nice quiet resting place between runs. Had a great chat with Susan, PM, who was very responsive to texts and phone calls. We’ll be back again, soon! ”

We loved every minute of it and the host was VERY accommodating and helped us with every question we had. 100% recommend for a couple or for a family!! Everything is a walk away. “My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely the perfect place! The cabin was equipped with everything you could need and the views were breathtaking. The climb up and down to the river is very steep so you'd need to be able to handle that to access the river from the property. John was great and very helpful. Our dogs also had a great time swimming in the river. It was deep enough in spots for them to swim but shallow enough for us to sit in chairs and enjoy the water.……

“We drove in and never started our cars until our departure 3 days later! Headed down to the incredible clear waters of the river EVERYDAY! Just a simple, majestic, getaway to unwind. The owners really do an outstanding job of equipping the house with necessities. This trip was a blessing, full of great memories, and we look forward to coming back!”

“The location and communication with the host was great, however there was an issue with the sewage system over following into the yard. This caused one of the bathrooms to be out of order which was inconvenient with 18 people staying in the house. Other than that it was great.”

“The Grain Bin was clean, comfortable, cozy, and charming. Probably the most hassle-free check in/check out process of any VRBO we’ve stayed at. It definitely contributed to a wonderful trip to the beautiful Texas Hill Country.”

“The cabin was great! The AC wouldn’t go lower than 70 but we did bring our own fans so it wasn’t that big of a deal. The pool was great! There were towels down their for your use, but they were tiny on adults. Also, there was no trash can down there but I did speak to a person about that and they thought it was a great idea. Overall I absolutely didn’t have any problems, everyone was super nice and very relaxed!”

“It was my wife and I and our two dogs. One of our dogs is a lab mix and she took every opportunity to get in the water. She quickly learned the location of steps for easy access. We did experience one hiccup and that was the sporadic hot water. I called Veronica and the next thing I know, the maintenance guy shows up and troubleshoots the tankless water heater. Come to find out, it was spider webs preventing a full heating. All in all, this place is absolutely gorgeous and is very secluded.”
