Staff were really nice, especially Meghan. Thank you Meghan!!! Really made our stay much better. Room was really big and had nice amenities. Breakfast was a little sparse, but staff helped with the waffles. They were pretty good. Easy access to interstate 10. Would stay again.

Experian advertised the hotel as per friendly and they weren't. My family and I were turned away with no refund available.

The windows must be tightened so that the room guests do not feel like they are sleeping under the interstate.
I understand the property is being renovated. That does not excuse leaving dirty linens on the walkways that guests must use to get to their own rooms.
Give guests a map of the property at check in so they do not have to wander around to find their assigned room.

The property was in fair condition. The pool was out of service and green. The staff offered us a discounted rate due to the pool’s unavailability. The desk staff was courteous and the breakfast options were good.
