“This is our 4th time staying in this hotel. This largely sums up our satisfaction in this hotel. Location is within walking distance from the busiest area yet remains to have its quietness. Admittedly there are areas of ageing signs and attentions such as the ensuite bathroom door. Overall, cleanliness and services are remaining at a high standard. This stay has again been a very pleasant experience.”

“The location is great. It is located in the center of the city. You can easily go to different types of good restaurants. It is also close to twin towers.”

“The property itself was in a very excellent location, because you have easy walkable access to the Petronas Twin Towers, the KLCC park which has a wonderful colorful water fountain ⛲️ show at night with music. The Saloma Link Bridge which displays a colorful bridge changing colors every 10-20 seconds outside and inside of it. Also, Avenue K shopping mall is across from the twin towers that offer a variety of dining or fastfood and a grocery store. All those tourists attractions are free to visit……

“This is a great place with an amazing infinity pool. Arrived early, front desk staff not very helpful but when i messaged the host they were more than happy to accommodate and allowed us early check. Fast responses and would definitely recommend this place. ”

“One of the hostess is called Mila. She is an excellent hostess, kind, patiënt, very positive and vibrant. The accommodation is central located which means you can reach all city highlights in no time. There is a subway (MRT) which is two stops away of KL Central Station and from there all other subways and trains are accessible. At KL SENTRAL you also arrive and leave ”

“The location is excellent. It was really value for money. You can get food very easily. Just take the lift down and there are all kinds of food nearby. Grab food is also convenient to collect.”

“I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it……

“Good experience. Checking in was super smooth.good room. The corridors are dirty which supposed to be taken care of the building maintenance people which not from the Five Sense parties. Need to address to the buiding management.”

“离双子塔也就1.5公里，这次定了3个房间，住了5晚，从没有一次出游是在一家酒店连住这么多天的，不过有点遗憾只有一间能看到双塔。还有顶楼的无边泳池超赞，不过人太多。套房里的设施齐全，空间也相当大，不过有个别卫浴里的设施老旧，最好可以维修一下，整体是不错的体验。”

“4 stars were given because all the electrical outlets in the unit did not have power. As a result, we could not charge our phones, laptop and Apple watch.”

“Everything is perfect including the service The only downside is the room door is too loud when closing ”
