“It is a good location. It is easy to walk to many places. The room was small, which is fine. It was for sleeping and showering. Most of the time we were out seeing New York.”

The house itself was cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches provided by our host, Emmanuel. Emmanuel was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While there are a couple of areas that could use improvement, such as ensuring the bedding is always fresh and replacing the sticky rug to maintain……

“This is a great place in a great neighborhood! We booked this for a week long trip of sightseeing in New York for 2 couples and our youngest son. It was easy getting on and off the island by bus and we figured out the subway system pretty easy. The place is beautiful and served us well for everything we needed. We did debate on renting a car but for going to New York City it seemed like more of a liability than an asset. The bus is 2 blocks away and it takes you straight to Times Square/port……

“This property has a spacious and well maintained backyard. The firepit was surrounded by comfortable patio couches. The interior was spacious for the 6 of us staying here. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook/clean. Location is super close to Manhattan and it was quiet surrounding the house. The only trouble with the area is the street parking in Jersey City, but the accommodations outweigh the 1 negative. The host is easy to reach and will answer any questions about……

“Appart spacieux que nous louions dans la maison. C'est une maison partagée avec plusieurs colocataires. La situation de l'appart est éloigné de New-York nécessité de prendre un bus pour se déplacer et rejoindre NY par contre proximité des ferries . Bergen est très calme c'est un peu la campagne c'est le New Jersey. Valentine est très disponible et prêt à rendre service.”

“This place is a scam and no good for families. The pictures do not reflect the condition. Furniture is broken, no utensils and not clean. Do not book this place and run away from it. Had to re-book on another hotel the same night. ”

“We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events.”
