“Everything was good with the exception of the hot tub. It was not hot and once we notified the staff they closed it down. Sad for us as we had five adults looking forward to using it after a long day.”

“All in all it was just OK. I booked the hotel based on it having a pool for my kids and the pool was closed so that was a bummer. The rooms were pretty nice but had an odd smell to them. The breakfast was just OK--minimal but enough to jump start your day. The front desk staff gave great service. If you are needing a place for a simple, affordable night's stay where you are passing through then this hotel is completely fine for this.”

“I plan to stay here again. My wife and I take a drive every year to see the fall colors. My opinion, this is the only place to stay in Bemidji. Fact is, now I look to stay at Hilton Double Tree locations wherever we travel to. (stayed at one in Denver this past June. Would have stayed at one in Canada in Sep if I could have found one) I'm sold on the quality and service. The Bemidji staff are WONDERFUL. (great b-fast also)”

“We had an excellent time- I rented 3 of the condos (there are 4 in the building). The property was beautiful & clean- each condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out couch. We stayed in March but I would love to stay there in the summer.”

“We stayed a week and truly enjoyed it all. The sunsets on the water from our unit/deck were spectacular! We thought the unit could have been cleaner when we arrived. Dirty floors and rings in toilets…. I asked some questions via the app and also texting the owners before we arrived and also while we were there but they never answered us. Communication could have been a lot better. We would stay here again now that we know how things are. Thanks!”

“We come to Bemidji every year to attend our college get together with our wives accompanying us. This was the best home we’ve enjoyed in the 34 years we’ve been doing this trip. Everything from communication to cleanliness of the property was as advertised and better and we loved the 12-person hot tub. Thank you for sharing your home with us for a couple of days, it was great.”
