“We came to view the eclipse and we did! The house was great with games for all ages available. We brought food and drink due to crowds. We did go view Lake Erie only 25 min away. We overlooked the golf course so we had a great view. Nine of us were able to go and we had plenty of room for all of us. Thanks again!”

“We only stayed one night because my daughter was graduating the next morning. Gary allowed us to arrive early and check out late but we couldn't take advantage of the late checkout because we had to be in Erie by 8:30am. Checkin/checkout was super easy. On Saturday night we cooked a nice dinner and enjoyed it with family and friends. Couple items to note is the room with the bunk beds does not have a wall is an open loft and no bathroom on top floor. We enjoyed the deck also as the evening was……

“We rented the condo to attend a graduation in Erie, PA and we were 16 with a mix of different ages. From the outside the condo looks small, but it's pretty spacious on the inside. Most of the rooms have full baths, except one of the bedrooms has a half bath. The upstairs has the 2 "bedrooms", which are basically a large room with multiple beds and a bed in a large corridor leading to that room. Those rooms can fit about 6-8 people pretty comfortably and there is 1 full bath there. Then there are……

“This property was absolutely perfect for our event! My son was celebrating his 18th birthday on the day of the full solar eclipse with family including my 10 month old twin nephews and three year old nephew. The house had space to accommodate everyone's needs and the hosts did an amazing job of making us feel welcome. They even went out of their way to include some special decorations for our event. “Property was good. Pictures a bit misleading as you look like you're staying in a place you can walk out the back door and be on the beach area. Pull out couch in living room was great but no shades on the windows to block light for the person sleeping there. Also didnt know the remotes for the lights and fans in the bedrooms upstairs apparently control each other which took us about 10 mins to figure out with what was going on with our individual lights and fans. Overall good for 2 night stay.”

“We have been coming to Lake Chautauqua for 20 years and this is the best home that we have rented . The house has a great dock for at least 2 boats. The house is nicely updated with all things necessary to make a great stay. The house is clean with plenty of room for a large family. The owners are very quick to respond to any problems that you might have. Our group has rented this home twice, and are looking forward to returning.”
