This property was nice for rich people but there was nowhere to eat that wasn’t going to cost $75/person. There wasn’t a pool. There wasn’t continental breakfast. The area surrounding the hotel would have been beautiful if there hadn’t been 5 tornados touch down 3 days before our arrival. As it was, most places were closed or operating on minimal services. There was no cable the whole time we were there. All of that said, this is not the type of hotel I would have chosen but when nothing else is available, you take what you can get. Everyone was extremely nice and if I’d been there with the intent to spend money, it would’ve been ok. Since I was there on business with a $50 per diam, it just didn’t work for me.

We loved the art installation. Very interesting and fun place to stay, within walking distance of Crystal Bridges. People were very nice, The only negative is the lack of a drive up area to offload and load people or bags - especially in the rain.

This was my second stay at this lovely hotel. Its proximity to Crystal Bridges Museum and the town square, its access to the hiking and biking trails are excellent. The hotel itself is fabulous -- great art galleries with rotating collections, wonderfully appointed rooms, an outstanding restaurant, good bar...and the PENGUINS! It has it all!

I loved the emphasis on nature, art and architecture - both in the hotel and throughout Bentonville.
