I'm a IHG Hotels & Resorts member. I've stayed at holiday-ins all over America. This was just okay. But still my least favorite of ALL of them. Front desk was nice whenever they were around for whatever I needed. But most of the time I could not find them. At 8AM Sunday morning December 24th Christmas-Eve. Construction crews started working on rooms upstairs. YUP! that's what i said! Construction crew working at 8am on Christmas-Eve MORNING while we were still sleeping. Called the front desk several times in no answer! So I called Holiday In Customer Service 1 877-619-4884 around 9:30AM. While I was expressing my concerns and complaints. How's keeping knocked on the door to ask if we were leaving anytime soon. YUP! She did. I let customer service know what was happening when it was happening. And she herself, could not believe it. I will still book their hotels. But this location was the worst EVER!

Okay-good location to bike trail

Value was okay, but not great. A bit dated and musty smelling. Did like that it was close to Razorback Greenway trail, which is what we were going for, so may stay again.

Bed was nice, breakfast was good, AC unit made noise when fan was off. A constant tick, tick, tick in room 213. Only stopped if you turned the fan on all night
