“The house was as described. Clean and easy to find. A couple of things to know - the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are steep. We had a hard time keeping it comfortably warm, but to be fair, we were there during the midst of a winter storm with high winds - so challenging for an older home, and plenty of quilts and blankets on hand to keep everyone cozy. The host was VERY accommodating in allowing us to stay an extra night due to poor driving conditions (in fact, a travel ban...) Overall, the……

“So our son gave this trip to his dad for Christmas. They planned a stay and fishing on Lake Ontario. They absolutely loved the place. The views were incredible! The communication with the owner was awesome.”

“Cozy, clean and well located, short walk to Charlotte Lake Ontario Park. Great area for dog walking with views of lake. Rental was on second floor. Windows on three sides made it very bright. Small but layout and furnishing were attractive and well thought out. Generous sized kitchen. Helpful but unobtrusive host. I'm looking forward to staying again.”

“It was perfect for our stay to visit our son at Elim Bible Institute and College. The property was surprisingly was quaint and quiet! We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. The place felt brand new and everything we needed.”

“Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.”

“My family and I stayed her while in town for my son's graduation from RIT. When I pulled into the driveway, there were three large trash cans at the curb. Two were laying on the ground with trash scattered all over the lawn, curb and driveway. It wasn't the best impression. I reached out to the owner (or manager) and she responded very quickly and apologized and said she would call the garbage company to pick them up. The next morning the garbage truck came by but only picked up the can that was……

“Great place to view the Lake and relax after business trips to Rochester. Cottage was large enough for work and play at the same time, so everyone was happy. Well stocked, everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Comfortable beds and furniture, space to spread out so everyone could relax. We looked at many properties in this area before setting on this cottage, we definitely made the right decision!”

“This property is super charming, and the listing is exact. Although the surrounding area may seem sketchy, it truly isn't. This apartment is located in a historical front of Rochester where multicultural elements are presented. The area is extremely quiet to be so close to the downtown area and Nick Tahou Hots is literally within walking distance. Rochester garbage plates, yum yum! The master room has a super firm, but comfortable mattress with a white noise speaker available to help ease you……
