“The stay was great. There was a little confusion on my rate. However, the Manager intervened and the issue was resolved. The maid was a little tardy in dropping off additional towels, after requesting a couple times. Have to compliment the “breakfast buffet attendant” she went over and beyond in accommodating me and others daily. Overall nice stay.”

“My family and I stayed at this property for my daughter's graduation from UAB. Close to UAB which was our objective . Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood but very close to some not so nice areas. I had a small issue with not receiving access code prior to check in but owner rectified situation right away. House was clean and enjoyabe, sleeping quarters downstairs was a little cold. Overall very good stay !”

“Water pressure was extremely high in the sink which lead to water spills. The toilet seat was pitted and looked like needed to be replaced. The HVAC system was musty and room had a slight odor. I don’t understand how hotels.com ratings were excellent for this hotel. I find the hotels.com ratings unreliable. ”
