“The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness of the property could use improvement. Porches covered with pine needles, vents and cold air returns filled with built up dust. Property managers “Vacasa” kept saying they would do whatever they could to rectify the situation. But never did anything. I ended up buying a broom to sweep the porches. Just not a good way to do business.”

“The property is in a good location, and there are good amenities on property. You’re in a good location for going to Rehobeth, Lewes, and Ocean City. Plenty of parks to go hiking at and the beach is in easy walking distance. The only ding we had was that the shower curtain in one bathroom needs to be replaced, getting kind of moldy.”

“The house was large and fit a group of 10 women easily. The kitchen was stocked well and the living spaces terrific-especially the upstairs family room! The host was super responsive. Very very nice trip!”

“The house is in a great location. It was well furnished and the kitchen very well stocked. The fact that it was dog friendly was a plus for us. For the cost compared to the other 2 houses cousins rented our was not as large and could use a few things. No speakers of any kind, no TV's in the upstairs bedroom.
