“Everything was great! I left for a conference in Vitoria and I had to go back to Bilbao airport for the flight next day. When I got there, it was so late that I missed the last bus. I called them whether they could pick me up and they immediately help me out! Very kind! However, one more thing I would like to suggest is that it should be more choices for breakfast.”

“Great stop from med to Bilbao. Our room condition had suffered from some bad guests. Cigarette burns and black scratches to the shower tray. There is a great local cafe in the Eroski supermarket complex. Sadly access to Tuleda old town is poor. Need to drive and parking is difficult. Also restaurants are mostly closed Monday and Tuesday so avoid those days if you want to eat out.”

“Pretty decent hotel, but really just a place to sleep. Room was smaller than I expected and there are much in amenities other than the restaurant/bar area from what I could see.”

“The bed is too soft and hurt my back. The parking space in the basement is so tiny and driveway is very narrow. So be prepared for the challenge when you drive through the way downstairs. The only thing we give compliments is the breakfast as they offer freshly made juice and smoothies! ”

“Tranquil for a city hotel close to all the tourist sites Receptionists spoke mgood English and were helpful to us ”

“A little out of town and on a relatively steep hill. However, there is a metro station only 200m away which gives easy access to the city. Next to a main road and so there was regular road noise at night. The pool was shut. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. A large sitting area on the ground floor to enjoy a drink from the bar.”
