“I arrived late and the taxi driver dropped me off at this ally way that was quite a way from the hotel lobby, especially when you have luggage. I assumed it was down that way because of the sign. I felt unsafe because it was very dark and not lit up. As well, there could have been signage indicating where the hotel was as I just assumed it was down that way. If I missed the sign, it was because it was very dark.”

“It was a terrible experience. Although I booked two nights, we only managed to stay for one night. The room is quite compact with insufficient lighting. With the limited lighting (four dim lights), two of them were out of order. We tried to talk to the reception, however, no one can speak English. “My first stay in Toulouse. And I would stay at Odalys again should I return. It's far enough from the hustle and noise of the historic center. About 15 minutes walk to Place St Pierre where the action really begins, or 10 minutes from a metro station. 2 city bike stations with 300 meters, and the public shuttle from the airport is about 200m away, 15 minutes from the airport. Super convenient. Comfy room, with kitchenette, microwave, plates and cooking ware, only thing missing is an……

“Appartement très propre (excepté la poussière en grande quantité sur le lustre au dessus du lit remarquée car en moutons). Le mobilier est abîmé mais n'empêche pas son fonctionnement. Literie très confortable, appartement avec petite terrasse et le plus la piscine. D'autres espaces comme le sauna dont je n'ai pas profité. L'hôtel se trouve dans une impasse donc pas de bruit de circulation.”
