“What an amazing host!! So easy to communicate with, always responsive and helpful with questions. Our team traveled from Bradley University to compete in the formula car competition at MiS. We needed the space to eat, sleep, have team meetings and down time to recover and this property was more than we could hope for. Thankful and blessed!!!”

“Was a great location and very clean! Beds were comfy. Neighbors were not welcoming but didn’t bother us either. Loved sitting on the deck overlooking the lake! Parking would be a little challenging if you have bigger vehicles.”

“The house was nice. Had everything we needed. The trees were full of birds singing, there are a couple eagles who stayed in the trees just outside and the squirrels were friendly too. The water was brown and unswimable, but overall, absolutely beautiful. Happy we booked here! Check in and out was easy and owner was responsive to messages.”

“Property needs a lot of work, needs to do a lots of upgrades as in gas from the stove odor, cleanliness, possibly a larger hot water tank because there was hardly any hot water and proper needs to upgrade on the facility as in better quality of linens bed and furniture”

This rental and property was the best by far in comparison to all other rentals we’ve encountered over the years.”

“The room wasn’t exactly like the picture, pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. Not a bad place if creature comforts aren’t important!”

“Great cabin, plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen well stocked. Nice patio in the back to relax in the sun. We came with family to be in the path of totality for the solar eclipse and had everything we needed, wide open space off the back patio. Not much to see in Perrysburg but a cute and surprisingly busy downtown community. The property is on a main highway so it was a bit noisy. If you’re just passing thru this is a great place to relax and unwind. Hosts mindful of our privacy but seemed……

Welcomed surprise with snacks available in fridge/freezer upon our arrival (great as our flight arrived late and we did not have time for dinner)! Property lacked coffee pot (Keurig was available, but our family drinks A LOT of coffee) and grill needed to be replaced. Host very responsive when we needed dishwasher detergent and tissues.”

“Hilton Garden Inn is conveniently located in downtown next to the ballpark and in the middle of the vibrant downtown scene. Plenty of options for food/drink/entertainment! A must stay place!”

“Beautiful hotel with two restaurants. Our room had a pretty view of the river. Toledo is close to Lake Erie and some great places for birding. The valet parking worked really well. I was surprised that the parking was a separate charge. The area is beautiful but deserted. Not much within walking distance. ”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, due to the recent renovation, the public area is not very clean. There is no buffet breakfast provided (though you get a bag of a snack, a muffin, and a bottled water). Also, the controller of my room's air conditioner didn't work. I set it to 75 degree but the temperature is still 61. ”
