“The included activities, dining and drinking options and quality, as well as free shuttles to area excursions are incredible. The resort staff make you feel welcome and encourage guests to participate in everything you can squeeze into your time at the resort. The fitness center and spa made it easy to have a nice morning workout, followed by some laps in the pool, and a game of pickleball, or tennis and even squeeze in a massage if you enjoy them. “The Grand Lido was nice. Pool has missing tiles that need replacing. Patio screen is too loose. Room service was the worst! Order never right. Order never confirmed as they were overwhelmed. Food takes too long too receive. More food options are needed for room service and restaurants. NO MORE INSTANT POTATOES!! Bartenders are not great at making drinks. They need training bad! Grand Lido staff were amazing! I will try again. I hope this review finds its way to actions. Food and drinks are……

“The overall of the hotel is very good. They have a team of very friendly staffs and you will enjoy the stay there with them. The hotel is just in front of the beach that after you breakfast, you can immediately walk into the beach in seconds to enjoy the sun.”

“Nice boutique hotel. With only 18 rooms and only 1 other couple there when I was there it was like a ghost town. But I wanted some peace and quiet. Which isn't the easiest thing to come by in Negril. Only complaint was pool was closed for a day. You Can hear noise from road. But I think if you had the ocean front room you wouldn't hear it much ”

“It has the jamaican feeling. A rustical ambience. Very green: lots of trees. Palmtrees at the beach. Room is spacious. Good and quite air conditioning. Super large bed. The only thing missing: moskito nets in the windows. One cannot open the wooden jalousies. And the moskitos are everywhere ( in Jamaika also). But everything else was perfect.”
