“Bryan was phenomenal!!!!!! He was faced with (soccer moms & dads checking in. Throughout this time, he was poised, professional, kind and appeared to be very humble. Everyone in front of me appeared to be in a sense of CALM!!!!! I was not a part of that group. An awesome stay. Upon checking out by noon on 5/25, Katherine was very pleasant and profession. She displayed a radiant smile; (I think she has only been there a few months). It was VERY relaxing, peaceful and quiet on my floor!!!!”

“Service was great! Really clean property and you can tell it was recently renovated. I do miss however, the unlimited drink choices at cocktail hour. I understand the change, but really takes away from what embassy suites was known for. Besides that everything was perfect great clean and I would definitely return. ”

“Fort Lauderdale is a amazing city, I love this hotel, I an my family had stayed there couple times, but I feel sad when I bought popsicle and ice cream, and I figured out the refrigerator don't have fridge, and everything melting, I sow other people having the same sad experience!”
