"We were in town for a funeral and needed a place for our family of five. The Rose Stay was perfect. Three bedrooms comfortably accommodated our three teenage children and us. Each room had its own AC unit to easily control temperature. The place was very clean and the kitchen was situated with modern appliances and new countertops. "Perfect location right on the mountain."

"Giving a lower rating because the house was infested with roaches. I woke up every morning to see a roach in the bathroom or the kitchen. It made me very uncomfortable and I was going through all of our belongings when packing and unpacking to make sure I don't bring them home."
