The perfect vacation home just minutes away from the BEACH. NEW BEAUTIFUL POOL. This home offers great comfort and style. Enjoy family afternoons on the new pool and large backyard. Centrally located, less than 15 minutes away from Mercato in Naples and less than 8 min away from the beach. Publix, shopping centers, restaurants, gas stations etc are less than a 5 min away. This neighborhood is one of the best in the areas, great for early morning walks to welcome another beautiful day.

Beautiful house and pool! Location is great access to dining, beaches, and shopping. Very relaxing! Only thing is water pressure needs to be addressed. But would revisit.

We enjoyed our stay!
This was our first time visiting Bonita Springs and during our “Spring Break”. The house was spacious for our family of four (2 children, ages 4y/6y). The pool and patio area was relaxing and enjoyed the patio lights. We visited Vanderbilt beach (really nice beach) which is about 15/20 minutes away from the house.
