“Location is amazing but the property needs a good clean inside and out and is in desperate need of some TLC Amazing potential but really needs the owners to do even nominal maintenance. Every tap in the joint drips, there is water damage throughout the kitchen and bathroom. No AC but great airflow if they’d invest in a few more pieces of dowel to keep the windows ajar.”

“Entire floor throughout apartment was sandy/dirty. Made it very uncomfortable to walk barefoot. I understand if there was a bit of sand from the beach, but it was as if nobody had swept or vacuumed the floor. Location was great which is why it gets 3 stars”

“This property was as mentioned on the site however we assumed there would at least be coffee/tea and basic necessities like oil to cook with. We also thought we could hot spot our own wifi but signal was pretty much non existent so we could not watch things we had brought from home on usb, or netflix. The front porch area was filled with debris and we had to do a major sweep to get it clean.”

“In how many ways can you say DUMP? This place far exceeded that! The property shouldn’t be listed as a holiday rental instead it’s more fitting as a cell block in a prison. From the ceiling chipping to the mouldly furniture to no linens to a coach roach infestation, I think even prisons have better standards. The property management company Pacific Palms Holidays were so rude, unapologetic & ruthless too. All in all we won’t be booking any properties through Pacific Palms Holidays let alone book……

“Great 2bedroom unit in a quiet block. easy walk through to beach. Undercover parking. well shaded for summer. Plenty of heaters for winter. Well supplied kitchen. large smart TV. Compact bathroom and laundry with all appliances. Everything worked so well maintained. Host is easily contactable and obviously takes pride in her unit. Highly recommended.”

My recent stay was quite pleasure
"The room was peaceful and well-maintained, with the twin bed layout providing a unique and personalized space. The bathroom cleverly tucked between the two beds offered a nice sense of privacy. However, I did feel the overall security could be improved. The standard door lock felt a bit lacking in providing a strong sense of safety and protection. This was the only aspect that didn't fully meet my expectations. Overall, I enjoyed the clean, calm atmosphere of the room and the thoughtful twin bed design. With some enhancements to the security features, this hotel could offer an even more comfortable and worry-free stay for guests. I appreciated the many positive aspects of my visit."
