“Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes.....”

“Wonderful staff. Very nice laundry room. Clean with little tables in the courtyard where you can enjoy some fresh air and have a coffee while you wait for the clothes. The rooms were great. Little balcony.”

“位置很好，交通也方便，但是我們入住的當天 洗手台的水槽沒辦法漏水，因此隔天晚上跟前台的小姊姊說，她讓我們換一間房間，但是由於客滿的關係，我們只能住一天，隔天必須換回原本的房間，並送我們一天的早餐。結果隔天早上要去吃早餐，小姊姊並沒有跟其他前台人員交接，所以其他人都不知道我們的情況，說要吃早餐需要付錢，然後洗手台也是我們說了，他們才修的，讓我們等30分鐘之後再換房間。那如果我不說 是不是就不會及時處理問題，要浪費我更多的時間在等。總之，我覺得沒有說到做到這點不是很好，下大雨還只能先去附近找吃的然後再搬行李⋯⋯”

“At first when we arrived, from the outside I felt a bit received as it looked very different to the pictures. Once we got inside, to reception and room, we were amazed and so in love with all the small extra things they had added to either decorate the place or to make it more eco-friendly. Room was spacious with plenty of natural light, very big for it's size, super comfy bed, nice bathroom, french press as coffee and there was a kitchen on the outside where you can get free drinks (cola or……

We are petite Asians, so imagine the situation.....Hygiene level was just acceptable, the shower head was full of black mildew, which could cause pneumonia to those with weak immunity. But thanks to the hotel staff, that was replaced immediately. ”
