"The lady that works the front desk at night is the nicest human in the city of Boston. We got in late Friday night/Saturday morning, Of Memorial Day weekend. She made sure we were good and had everything we needed. Including snacks and water. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best! "

The only negative was a one in the morning fire alarm malfunction, which made everyone get up and gather in the lobby while th Fire department figured out what was going on. Management did not address the issue or offer any kind of.compensation for the inconvenience."
