I arrived at 1 am from traveling to check-in, only to find out then, that they were over-booked and didn’t have a room available for me. I had not received an email or call notifying me of this prior to my arrival. By the sound of it, many others were affected.
I was offered a refund or points credit for the first of 2 nights and chose the refund. However, this has not been completed yet, nor has there been any follow-up communications.
It’s disappointing because it’s a nice property and my room was beautiful and clean. I won’t risk staying at this location again, despite having plans for regular travel to this area. Traveler be warned.
