The property was nice enough, good decor and the area around it was alright with enough to do. The shuttle service and staff are what really saved this review from being 3 stars. All the staff was awesome every single one (Especially Britneyat front desk) but our room for some reason got flooded during the night and the carpet was soaked. Other than that stay was alright.

Common areas are well kept. Room was a disaster. Room 641. Giant sticky carpet stain, windows to dirty to see anything clearly, moldy air vent, moldy areas in bath, table wobbly enough to spill drink, phone wouldn’t work. A past great hotel that fell from grace.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good but my family and I had to sit on the floor as there wasn't enough seating. Many noticeable carpet stains. Wallpaper and paint peeling in many spots. Sections of the building's siding had fallen off and were lying on the ground. The bathroom in the pool area isn't finished, no light, no ceiling. A few of the doors would not open with the keycard. The suite we stayed in was beautiful.

Very nice rooms, great view

Location is excellent! We had a view of the Niagara rapids from our room, which we loved. The hotel is charming and the staff was very helpful and attentive. A full made-to-order breakfast each day was a big plus. We were sad to leave this wonderful hotel and hope to make it back some day.
