“;Charlie was right there to meet us with a smile. We toured the cabin and he gave us check in and out information. The setting is just beautiful, The little creek that runs just behind the cabin is so peaceful to sit by. Enjoyed out beer and wine out there. Charlie was available if we needed him, which we did not, except for directions to places. Would definitely recommend this cabin.”

“The cabin was 12 miles up the mountain from the highway. Be aware that you are staying in the mountains , beautiful but you need to be cautious. Centrally located , we drove to Boulder , Golden, Idaho Springs but made sure we were back before nightfall. The cabin is nice , a bit smaller than the online pics show but very clean and stocked with extra towels, toilet paper etc. the two bedrooms are pretty tight and the loft is NOT for adults , very steep climb up. We were given the wrong entry code……

“This property is in an amazing, off the beaten path location in Estes Park, but only a ~10 minute drive from downtown. The location as serene and quiet and the property was immaculately clean and the house was endlessly interesting to explore! The theater room was also extremely comfortable and the sound system was incredible to watch movies on. I would absolutely stay at this property again.”

“The home is on a beautiful property with excellent views of the Rockies in the background. Rocky Mtn National Park is 20 minutes away an Estes Park main town even closer. Enjoyed our stay!”

“We absolutely loved Larry’s place in Boulder Mountains! Everything was as advertised and even better! The home slept 7 of us perfectly and everyone was comfortable. The setting, streams, hiking and short distance to downtown Boulder for our daughter’s graduation was ideal! We would love to stay here again!”

“This cabin was perfect for our family of 5 plus a dog! We loved it. Beds were very comfortable, house was well-maintained and stocked. I really loved that there was only one TV which was in the main family room. I always bring our own food and cook when we go on trips to get away. Kitchen was great; loved the picnic table positioned in the extended room facing the glass sliding door. We spotted a handsome fox in the yard while eating dinner. We enjoyed seeing deer and a moose strolling/grazing……

“Stayed here twice, has the feel of a private mountain cabin on a river while also having all the amenities of being downtown, 300 feet from a brewery, a bagel shop, and the grocery store. Highly recommend.”

“I wanted some time in a cabin, in the mountains. It was quiet. My friend and I enjoyed the peace and making a fire to warm up. It was far enough away from Boulder to get out of the city , but also close enough to hang out in city. Overall, great stay. The driveway into the property is steep. Luckily I drove carefully, but a little heads up to be careful driving in should be stated, as there is a cliff with no guardrail. We returned when still daylight out for this reason. We are not……

“We came in for a weekend wedding and enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of commission since the previous guests' stay but the owner tried valiantly to have it fixed, but to no avail.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Peaceful Valley. The cabin was exactly as stated and was very clean. The owner and property manager were prompt with communication as well as extremely kind and attentive. The double bed is just off the kitchen downstairs and the rest of the beds are upstairs. Also, as others have mentioned, we also saw the local moose (from afar) and it was amazing. We have some great pictures of it as well. We would highly recommend choosing this cabin and this area……

“The cabin is accurate to the picture and description. You can hear the nearby river, but unfortunately you cannot see it. The property looks at the old closed down mining company which is both interesting and historical but also surprising because it wasn't mentioned in the description. The cabin is very central and in close vicinity of wonderful nature experiences. It is very inviting and cozy and conveniently closely walkable to town. Kitchen is equipped with nice tableware and cocking……

“We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view was stunning and the home was very clean and comfortable. We loved all the Texas decorations. We had fun sitting in the hot tub while it snowed and grilling on the nice outdoor grill. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!”

“Perfect cabin for the mountain experience! The house is equipped with everything you need and we really enjoyed the stove and hot tub. Area was nice and secluded, saw plenty of deer. Cell service was spotty but WiFi worked great. Would highly recommend!”

“The location of the property was perfect for us - close proximity to Boulder while being far enough to be peaceful, quiet, and without much light pollution at night (great for stargazing and photography). Wildlife visits every day/night - turkeys, hummingbirds, and a family of deer slept just below the back deck one night. The place could use a couple of upgrades, but it was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. A great home base for excursions into Boulder, Rocky Mt Park, and……

The soothing sound of the nearby creek added a relaxing ambiance to our time there. Our children particularly enjoyed the assortment of games provided. The presence of charming chipmunks in the backyard was a memorable highlight for our family. We would certainly consider staying at Cindy's property……
