“When needing a reasonable room rate when arriving at midnight, due to a late flight, we stumbled across this Gem! The hostess was very communicative which made our stay on her property, behind her home, even more comfortable. Perfect place to stay for a night or so for two people. The place was clean, the bed comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, which is always nice after a day of travel. Highly recommed if needing a place outside Vegas.”

“I love historic hotels and this one is really nice. Great location in Boulder City, which is an awesome little town! The rooms are smallish (remember, older hotel) but the recent remodel was so well done-quality materials, etc. We loved this place and would certainly go back. Much nicer to stay here than in Vegas, but only 20 minutes away from the airport. ”

“We had a nice room, comfortable beds. We had to park quite a ways from the building. This property has a casino so we had to deal with some smoke upon entry. Nice breakfast options you need to pay for. Staff was friendly. ”

“Booked as house is in same neighborhood as my mom & family. Asked prior to visit to ensure air was working well & it wasn't. Anh quick to get someone out but never worked right. House is dirty, floors, bathmats, base of toilets, outside table. We were told it was a shoe-less house & only 1 towel provided per guest DAY before ck-in (there were bath towels in each both even tho it was just the 2 of us). disappointing. no dishtowels, no hand towels, no pool towels. Posting such things on site when……

“We had a soccer tournament in Henderson, so instead of an overpriced, boring hotel, 4 moms and our sons stayed at this awesome home! The house was clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of fresh towels and the beds were great. The game room was a fantastic added bonus! We hiked in the nearby mountains and took $25 Ubers to the strip! It was a wonderful and memorable weekend.”
