“Lovely apartment that was immaculately clean. Whilst we never had cause to meet our host the contact we had by text was friendly and informative. Would definitely stay here again”

“Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better……

“It is exactly as the description says. Great place for multi generational family gathering. Games room packed with toys kept 4 year old entertained as did the table tennis for the teenagers. Walking distance to shops and beach. Well equipped with plenty of everything. Highly recommend”

“Stayed with family & friends 4 nights and can’t fault the apartment, part of a purposefully refurbished block for short stays. About 25 mins walk to the pier, cheap overnight parking round the corner and local shops combined with a fair price made an excellent base for our stay.”

“The communication with the owner was excellent. Any questions we had were answered quickly. There was easy access to the beach and we took advantage of this for several beach walks. As we stayed during a rainy patch we took journeys outside of the city where we went to Old Sarum and Salisbury Cathedral on day trips. The only negative would be the hot water for showering. It took a bit getting used to. On the other hand, having a lift to get to the first floor was a bonus with several suitcases……

“We recently spent two nights at the Bournemouth Shell House and had a wonderful time. The property is charmingly decorated, has a cosy, relaxed atmosphere and was perfect for our seaside getaway. The property was very clean and very well-kept, with all the necessary amenities provided. The living area was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare our own meals. The beds were super comfortable! Grace was very helpful and responsive, providing……

“You will hear the sound of wood platform while other guess walking around. This ok to me as I live in a lousy place. It would be a problem for those request absolute quiet.”

Room 477 overall very good thank you . there is obviously a lot of contractor work etc going on there though which should maybe be communicated to guests . ”
