“Reasonably priced and close to everything in Petoskey. We were there with a soccer team and it’s nice to be able to be in a very conveniently located hotel. Very safe which is also key when travelling with kids on a team. ”

“Very disappointed. Stayed three days. Never came to our room. I had to go to the front desk to get towels, soap. Each day returned all wet towels to front desk. Never made a bed, picked up garbage. Never heard a vacuum cleaner even when they were cleaning a room. In addition the pool and hot tub were broken. Said they were remodeling however was no evidence of any workers. Offered no compensation ”

“This was a beautiful 3-story home, close to downtown. The Cottage room was cozy. It was upstairs. Be sure to ask for a ground floor room if you're disabled. ”

“We were there for a soccer tournament so we were not there but to sleep basically . Was clean and had a good breakfast for us to grab on are way out . Would have been nice if there breakfast opened before 8am we had to grab and go .”
