“Loved the location and the scenery was picture perfect!”

“It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay.”

“No AC that was weird but really didn’t need it fans in every room but not on living room,kitchen or dining room. House have a back yard but you can not access door is locked with wire. Tub is broken but they put a cover on it I thought it was not acceptable according to VRBO standards but in general was a good place for the value”

“Needed to get away for the weekend an relax and unwind from the work week an I did just that had a nice peaceful relaxing time away for afew nights. Very peaceful up there on the mountain the hot tub was great just what I needed”

“The house was clean and pictures were accurate. Easy to check in. The kitchen had many tools, cooking utensils and pots and pans but there was no basic pantry items just fyi. Easy to solve with a trip to a grocery store. There is only a Keurig coffee maker but pods are provided. My only issue was that we were only given the two trash bags in the trash can. The owner was quick to reply and provided additional bags very quickly. Overall a great place for a family of 4+, great view, comfy beds,……

“Our family of three generations gathered for Christmas and we had an amazing time. The house was lovely - clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortable. We were lucky with some mild weather on Christmas day which allowed us some time outdoors, but I can imagine how nice the outside area must be during the warmer months. We were grateful for the time we had together and for a place to stay as a whole family.”

“What a great place for a large family. We were in the area for my mom’s funeral and I wanted a place that was large enough to accommodate my children and grandchildren to make happy memories. From the moment you walk in the door you get a comfortable feel. Large dining room table that fit 10 easily. The large sectional in the living space fit use all. The bedrooms are spacious and the furnishings are homey. With the pool table, dart board, shuffle board and foosball, and closet full of board……

“The property was in a beautiful location! It was very clean and cozy. Perfect for a weekend getaway with family or friends. Even though the property was off the beaten path, there was a lot to do within 15-30 min drive. The host made great suggestions of what to see in the area! The fire pit was a disgusting mess a bunch of cinderblocks thrown together we actually had to use a shovel from the neighbor Don that was very nice . “We have family in Johnson City, and this was a perfect location for us!! We loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners have done an excellent job renovating and renovating with creativity!! Every decoration in this house was chosen with care. We had everything we needed, including hand soap and filtered water! Both much appreciated. Communication was great and very responsive to any needs we had, which weren’t many. Looking forward to our next stay!!”

“My family of 3 and another family of 4 stayed at the house and it was perfect! The house was very clean with comfortable beds and looked just like the pics. The owner was very responsive whenever I messaged. The provided towels & linens as well as coffee and other supplies was a very nice touch! We went into Binghamton on Friday night and went skiing at Greek Peak all day on Saturday. We would definitely stay here again if we were coming to the area!”
