"The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are quaint and have a nice beachy feel. Holly at the front office was super awesome and we dealt with her the most however the rest of the staff was also extremely friendly! It was very quiet, clean, and safe feeling. Plus so much in walkable distance and the beach and dedicated lounge chairs for guests was great. They even supplied umbrellas! The only (small) item I took issue with is that they have two pools and should probably dedicated one to adults only. Overall wonderful stay and we will be returning! "

"The Location 100 steps to the beach ! Property manager Kathy and assistant manager Pete were amazing they attended to every need we had , gave us a tour of the property and followed up every day on how our stay was ."

"If you prefer cottages on the beach over condos this is a great place. Clean and cozy, pack light, there is one luggage rack and room for a couple of beach bags on the floor or in the chair, a rod for clothes. There is room on the porch to store your sandy items and buckets for washing the sand off. The rooms are small but have everything you need. Bring your Streaming passwords for the tv. The one drawback, I could not get local channels for news and weather. The paths to rooms can be narrow with small steps or just sand so if you have to use wheels might not be the place. There are nice white curtains and blinds but no black out shades if you need those to sleep. Loved our little out door sitting area."

"Great property, it’s close to the beach, restaurants, checking in and out very easy (all done via text and phone). The beach across the street is beautiful. Definitely coming back."

"We stayed at this property for 3 nights & loved it. It’s spotlessly clean & everything we needed was provided. Rooms was serviced every day which we wasn’t expecting & the towels were changed. We had beach chairs & an umbrella in the room for our use which was fantastic given we are oversee travellers. Our room had a lovely big shaded balcony we could sit on any time of the day. The location was great as we could walk to restaurants/bars. The accommodation is a little out of date but don’t be put off, this is a little gen. If we go back to Anna Maria Island we would definitely stay again. "

"The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal at the Sandbar the last night we were there. We liked visuting the various piers and shops around the island. Once again there are different sections you can explore and go to for this. Overall it was a great experience and we would consider going again down the road."
