“We made a trip to Russell to pick up some furniture purchased online. The Carousel B&B was ideally located for our purposes and very peaceful for anyone hoping for a relaxing stay. Timothy sent all the info we needed in a timely fashion and the additional breakfast was beautiful and delicious. If we ever find ourselves back up that way to enjoy the breathtaking PA scenery, we'd be delighted to stay there again.”
