“We visited our hometown to attend a wedding. Property was clean and well kept. No issues with noise or traffic sounds. The village itself is a quiet place to begin with in the area. The Roku TV thing we found hard to use and cumbersome so we streamed from our iPads to TV using Airplay and accessing our cable carrier. We didn’t watch much TV as we were out most of the time visiting nevertheless we tried to keep up with news. Suggest bringing a firestick if you have one. The bed was a full size so……

“I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! “We were in town for the weekend to see our son play at Doubleday Field and this spot was perfect. We did walk everywhere! The apartment was cute and clean plus had the little extras like books, games, and coffee available. We enjoyed morning walks to Schneider's Bakery and coffee at Stagecoach Coffee.”

“Very nice 3 bedroom rental with large living room, dining room and functional kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. Only improvements would be an additional bathroom and a safety bar in the bathroom tub. The price was very reasonable.”

“The place is nice, it reminds me of my grandmother's home. There are modern conveniences, but that’s the vibe. The stairs aren’t terrible, but a bit much. Apartment is on the third floor. There is a chair lift thing, but it only goes to the second floor. There are rails on both sides to hold on to from second to third floor; just on one side from first to second (chair lift). “We stayed here while our son played in the tournament at Dreams Park in Cooperstown. It was the perfect place to stay. Would love to come again. The only thing I would ask for is a big enough bed for adults. We made the most of it and felt like we were at camp too in our separate bunk beds. :) Would love a queen size portable bed or something as an option. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, place was super clean, laundry facility on site with detergent available. GREAT place. Highly……
