“Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again.”

“The location of hotel is good and you can find various shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars just around. The view outside is nice as you can see the sea at a walkable distance. You can also enjoy a coffee and breakfast at the cafe at beach. The indoor design is warm. However the heater did not provide enough heat and the hot water supply at bathroom is not stable. There is no lift and you may evaluate if you can take a big luggage upstairs although I guess you can ask for a room at lower……

“The room was lovely, the staff called as soon as we checked in to see if we checked in okay which was nice. If you looked out the window to the right you could see the sea. It was in a very good location. Cafes, bars and more right down the road! Difficult with parking but managed to find a carpark two streets down for £20 for 24 hours. Overall it was a lovely place for a little getaway, me and my partner really enjoyed ourself! ”

“Fresh and clean, this apartment was perfect for a couple of nights stay. Arrival and departure were very easy. Close to everything in Brighton. Very comfortable. All slept brilliantly. In the attic so lots of steps to get to it but fine if fit and able. With two teenagers it was ideal for two nights but might need more space if staying for longer.
